Description:
- Fixed term to 11/04/2025, full time 76 hours per fortnight located in Armadale.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Day Program Mentor to join the Youth Justice Metro team! The position is full time, working Monday to Friday and will be day shifts.

Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- In conjunction with the Coordinator, develop a personalised, strengths-based daily activity plan with each individual young person based on the goals of the young person and the objectives outlined in their Youth Justice Service Care Plans.
- In conjunction with Residential Support Workers, ensure the effective delivery of the Day Program.
- Ensure regular conversations occur with each young person regarding their progress and satisfaction in implementing their activity plan.
- In conjunction with Coordinator, develop resources and activities for the Day Program, as required.
- Provide opportunities for young people to experience healthy lifestyle and recreational activities.
