Responsibilities:
As the Day shift Supervisor you will be instrumental to the success of the branch by providing strong leadership, safety and operational management skills and ensuring DIFOT targets are met, driving a strong safety culture and training the day shift operations team to develop their capabilities.
As a driven team leader, you will be responsible for the warehouse activities of the shift i.e high volume, time-sensitive processing, picking, packing and loading of orders, driving both operational efficiencies along with safety protocols, and achieving shift targets and individual goals.
