Description:
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Assure that cost conscious, optimal balance between business requirements and the datacentre resources provided by VTIS is achieved, considering all Vodafone Cloud Infrastructure managed Local Markets and IS Internal departments.
WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:
- Good understanding of IT Enterprise Technology, and Statistics
- Consolidated knowledge of the following areas (or able to gain them):
- Basic to Advanced Python knowledge
- Windows/Unix/VMware infrastructure concepts
- Database infrastructure architectures (Oracle, Sybase, MsSql or other database technologies)
- Structured knowledge in statistics, data analysis, modelling, reporting, and presentation – is a plus
- Business Intelligence, SQL programming - is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
- Understanding of ITIL – able to learn and get Foundation certificate within a year
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
