Description:

You will be joining Mercer’s specialist DC team and will be responsible for working alongside consultants in the delivery of DC services.
Note: This is an office based role with home working flexibility (2/3 days in office each week). Ideal locations are London, Bristol, Edinburgh and Manchester
What can you expect?
Provide input and support in the advice provided to both trustee and employer clients
Liaising with providers and/or investment managers to obtain data, and subsequently analysing data received. Review work produced by colleagues using Mercer software/tools
Communicating effectively to external and internal clients in a non technical manner. Produce material in plain-speak language with correct spelling and grammar. Manage budgets and workflow for clients
Expand understanding of client needs and start assisting more senior colleagues in formulating plans to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with clients
Attend client meetings to support senior colleagues and assist in preparation including production of meeting papers, and supporting management of actions

What you need to have:

  • Good previous DC consulting based experience
  • Be studying, or prepared to study for a professional qualification (CFA, IMC etc)
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
