Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximizing customer experience through the coordination of processes and operations across the DC.
- Monitors the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement of product, including labor planning and balancing.
- Monitors the shipping from the DC, to ensure the products are distributed to the proper transportation channels in an accurate and timely manner.
- Conducts annual performance reviews and provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions), ensure effective collaboration across all functions.
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of operations.
