As the DCM Support Officer, you are responsible for contributing to the growth of the DCM revenue through providing support to Cook Island’s Electronic Banking network sales, availability. You will complete the loading of Access Card orders, Internet Banking Registrations and new Merchant Applications promptly, ATM servicing and customer proactive callings. You will also finish any other items on the checklist or as requested by DCM Team Leader as required. Furthermore, you’ll provide backup support for the Country Support Officer when on leave, or when quantity of work demands it.
