JOB SUMMARY
As a Revenue Operations Specialist/Deal Desk Analyst at Securly, Inc., you will play a crucial role in optimizing the sales and pricing process by providing analytical and operational support to the Sales and Finance teams. This role involves strategic oversight of deal structures and collaborating with sales teams to ensure policies enhance profitability and align with company guidelines, while maintaining accuracy in quoting and compliance.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze pricing models and deal structures to ensure they meet business and financial objectives.
- Experience with SaaS Metrics: Understanding of key SaaS metrics and how they impact deal structuring and company performance.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate with and influence the internal team and external clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a capacity to manage complex contracts and multi-faceted business arrangements.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee potential issues in deal structures and propose viable solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM and CPQ tools, preferably Salesforce and Netsuite.
Responsibilities:
- Deal Structuring and Support: Guide the sales team in the structuring of deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial objectives. Provide support during negotiation phases and assist in crafting bespoke commercial solutions.
- Pricing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Contract Review and Compliance: Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and legal requirements by reviewing contract terms and conditions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Product teams to streamline deal processes and resolve any issues that may arise during deal closures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on deal flow and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business decisions.
- Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials related to deal structuring and the pricing framework to new and existing sales staff.
