Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to senior Sales Leadership, sales community and internal stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on our latest product bundles and offerings
- Develop improved methodologies for pricing and business terms, based on the use of data and market knowledge to support decisions
- Provide deal financial modeling and proposal support to the senior members of the team
- Provide deal structure guidance and recommendations to Sales that balance a data driven approach with creative and out of the box thinking, on requests coming from Sales on an assigned set of strategic accounts
- Drive the execution of contracts by working with cross functional teams and partners, including Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Operations
- Independently scope and complete project work to meet goals identified by Management
- Partner with product teams on optimal pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutions
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to effectively coordinate and manage month and quarter end deal closure
- Review and vet sophisticated deals on behalf of Strategic Business Practices Management
- Develop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the market
- Create sales enablement materials to train Sales on good practices for product pricing and positioning
- Work closely with Finance, Legal and Operations department to optimize contract terms and close deals
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our customers and how they use Unit4 products
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account Executives
- Handle day-to-day transactional deal pricing requests
