Description:
About the Role: The Deal Desk Specialist is a trusted advisor to the Go To Market team, and will drive service contract management, hardware/software product renewals, hardware end-of-life campaigns, and other sales enablement initiatives. This person should be self-motivated and have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as provide exceptional customer service while consistently achieving customer satisfaction. The Deal Desk Specialist will report to the Director of Sales Operations, and work regularly with our Go To Market Team, Partners, Clients, Legal, and Operations to help drive our sales mission.

Responsibilities:
- Manage service contracts and licensing agreements alongside our Account Management Team, especially the renewal process.
- Work with manufacturers, vendor sales, and our Solution Engineering Team to prepare client quotes.
- Track client IT assets for renewals and end-of-life, as well as manage IT software subscriptions.
- Work with Marketing to identify potential end-of-life and other product-based campaigns to deliver enhanced value to our clients.
- Coordinate contract management requests to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution.
- Assist with processing and tracking sales opportunities within CRM.
- Ensure all partner leads are linked correctly in CRM and tracked accurately in our partner portals.
- Uncover potential process improvement opportunities to streamline processes and gain efficiencies.
- Pursue ongoing technical sales training within our industry segments
