JOB DUTIES:

• Function as a liaison between dealers and Caterpillar.
• Utilize deep understanding of distribution processes and systems to analyse and resolve product support capabilities and challenges.
• Conduct analysis, identifying strategic problems and implementing effective solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist dealers in business planning and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Counsel dealers to enhance human performance capability and implement performance gap solutions.
• Analyse dealer Parts and Service operations, focusing on process optimization and profitability.
• Support dealer participation in Caterpillar improvement programs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Facilitate rollout of new products and services, staying updated on industry and technology changes.
