We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Dealer Principal to lead our dealership to new heights of success. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automotive sales and dealership management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in automotive sales and dealership management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and other relevant tools.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all dealership departments to ensure the achievement of sales, service, and operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets to drive profitability and growth.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity throughout the organization.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance the dealership’s reputation and market presence.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Oversee dealership operations, including sales, marketing, finance, service, parts, and administration, to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
