TFS currently has an exciting full-time permanent opportunity as the Dealer Services Specialist reporting to the Brand Manager, Private Label in the Dealer Services department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analyze sales activity data to identify future enhancements for programs to promote and increase sales opportunities.
  • Measure effectiveness of customers programs, i.e. contract volume, customer loyalty, etc.
  • Take a proactive & innovative approach to streamline sales & marketing operations.
  • Prepare and manage internal/external reporting of key KPI’s to support business departments such as market share, contract volume, credit applications, program exceptions, etc.
  • Coordinate & compile data, prepare presentation slides based on Distributor requests.
  • Administration of distributor incentive monthly programs via internal systems & dealer portals.
  • Assist in testing and launching new products in RouteOne.
  • Administration of new vehicle model launches and ensuring all stakeholders are working to meet launch date.
  • Participate in the development & recommendation of Salesforce tools/dashboard enhancements.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners on ad hoc requests.
  • Capture and document internal and external workflow processes.
  • Other duties as required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Post Secondary diploma or degree in related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience; automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of current and emerging data management/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Knowledge of data querying languages such as SQL or equivalent
  • Experience with Business Process Automation
  • Customer-first approach when interacting with partners
  • Self-motivated with the ability to start and complete projects with limited supervision
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines, managing multiple tasks & projects
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
