MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry (ESSENTIAL)
  • Proficiency in industry-specific accounting software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Manage and oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and assist with financial audits conducted by external auditors.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and negotiating favorable terms when possible.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations specific to the automotive industry, and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and provide training or guidance to other finance team members or dealership staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
  • Conduct periodic financial analyses and provide insights to improve dealership performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.
