We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Full-Time Dealer Administrator to join our New Truck Sales Team Located in Coopers Plains.
Previous industry experience is not essential to be successful in this role. If you are motivated and driven to achieve results and have a background in Administration please apply!

What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a meticulous and organised individual to join our team as a Dealership Administrator for our New Truck Sales Department. The ideal candidate will oversee general sales related administrative tasks, handle vehicle registrations, and manage reception duties efficiently. We are seeking candidates who have;
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of dealership operations is an asset
- A positive attitude and willingness to work autonomously and collaboratively with team members
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to achieve results
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving history
- AutoReg accreditation highly regarded, but not essential
What Will your typical day look like?
Working closely with our New Truck Sales team, you will be responsible for;
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the new truck sales team
- Processing vehicle registrations
- Managing incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of vehicles
- Maintaining organised records and files
- Entry of new deals & associated administrative tasks
- Raising purchase orders & liaising with suppliers regularly
- Processing of new vehicle contracts & transactions using DMS systems
- Invoicing of contracts for vehicles nearing completion for delivery
- Monitoring incoming emails & assisting sales staff where required
- Assisting with forecasting of monthly deliveries accurately to meet dealership department sales and manufacturer KPI’s
