Dealing Oversight, Officer
Permanent Contract
Your Role
We are looking for a Transfer Agent, Officer to join our Dealing Support & Oversight team. You will be responsible for collecting and processing complex data, exercising due diligence as well as reviewing and implementing strict data quality processes and complying with the regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection. You will be accurately delivering high quality service both internally and externally by incorporating experience and industry knowledge in the daily workflow.
Your Team
You’ll be working within the Dealing department and directly reporting to the Line Manager, AVP level.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in data review, including but not limited to checking and sign-off during control process
  • Assume responsibility for the efficient day to day running of the group acting as a source of technical expertise
  • Always ensure awareness of and adherence to the key TA controls
  • Implement, adhere, and follow up on the IFDS Luxembourg Oversight Model for all operational activities outsourced by IFDS Luxembourg
  • Communicate relevant information as appropriate up and down the line and escalate where necessary
  • Attend and contribute to operational, risk and audit meetings as required, and actively contribute to TA-wide projects and focus groups, ensuring opened communication
  • Work closely with the other departments within the IFDS.
  • Improve current processes to meet the changing requirements of our clients and improve efficiency
  • Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
  • Participate to weekly delegates forum
  • Participate to weekly Managers Ops call to raise any BAU important topic
  • Participate and represent the Dealing Team during internal calls
  • Adopt a Team oriented mindset and encourage Team members to follow this approach
  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
  • Handle time and attendance of your reporting line

Your Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics
  • More than 5 years’ experience of analyzing and evaluating complex data
  • Transfer Agency experience/ detailed understanding of procedures
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially an advanced level of Excel
  • Administrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure
  • A clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving; organization skills for oneself and others; willingness to assume additional tasks to share workload within team/department; meet tight deadlines with initiative and team-oriented spirit
  • Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English
