Do you want to make a profound impact in the deals you are a part of? Our team helps clients to create and capture value in their M&A deals. We support deal-driven strategic transformation of the business to capture the full synergy potential, or divestment value on the sell-side. We support our clients across the deal cycle, starting from assessment of available strategic alternatives and value creation levers to actual implementation and tracking of the progress and value created.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the client projects and working with both client teams covering business and functional areas as well as various PwC teams from different competencies
- Developing and maintaining the value creation agenda as a baseline, from strategy to program management
- Ensuring the best client experience through proactive planning and responsive collaboration with client executives and project members
- Identification of new opportunities and pursuit of selected ones through developing relevant point of views and tailoring the PwC approach
