YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent academic degree from a top university with a focus on finance, economics or business
- First relevant experience in debt advisory, restructuring, leverage finance or M&A (full time or internships)
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- High resilience, integrity and confident demeanor
- Business-fluent proficiency in German and English (verbal and written)
Responsibilities:
- You will work in an experienced team on a variety of capital advisory transactions, including LBO transactions
- Preparation of relevant marketing materials such as information memorandums
- Financial modeling
- Sector, company and transaction research
