YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent academic degree from a top university with a focus on finance, economics or business
• First relevant experience in debt advisory, restructuring, leverage finance or M&A (full time or internships)
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• High resilience, integrity and confident demeanor
• Business-fluent proficiency in German and English (verbal and written)

• You will work in an experienced team on a variety of capital advisory transactions, including LBO transactions
• Preparation of relevant marketing materials such as information memorandums
• Financial modeling
• Sector, company and transaction research
