Description:

The Debt Finance team within the Portfolio Management group is responsible for the arrangement and the day-to-day management of third-party finance of our real estate investments.

What role will you play?
Your position will include managing the relationships with lenders (banks, insurance companies, debt funds), advising internal stakeholders on available finance options, obtaining offers from multiple sources, negotiating terms and conditions in accordance with the fund’s strategy and limitations. Taking into consideration interest rate forecasts, regulatory and statutory requirements you will also provide advice on interest rate hedging products.

What you offer

  • Previous hands-on experience in a debt finance, portfolio management, investment management or asset management position.
  • International exposure to real estate and knowledge in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
