About our Team
The Decision intelligence team play a pivotal role in growing and evolving ICIS’ suite of data, insight and analytics services to drive data driven decision making across the business. The team is located in the UK, and drives alignment across the business, interacting regularly with, sales, marketing, customer success, product and strategy.
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Decision Intelligence Research Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative research to inform decision-making processes. You will gather qualitative data through interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Employing quantitative data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive qualitative research using interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather customer and user behaviour, attitudes, and needs.
  • Analysing large datasets using quantitative techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • Synthesizing findings from both qualitative and quantitative research to inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating closely with data scientists, decision analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate research insights into decision models and strategies.
  • Preparing and present clear, concise, and impactful reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Display analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Possess collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Behavioural Science, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
