We are looking for a HR Manager & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager who has good knowledge of the Working Environment Act ( AML ), and can give advice and guidance on HR processes. The work must be in accordance with laws, regulations and project requirements. We are looking for you who has relevant work experience in the subject areas of the position, and who are passionate about working with value-creating HR.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher education, minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subject areas. Long relevant experience can compensate for the formal requirement.
- Good expertise in management, laws/regulations, agreements and directives, as well as labor crime
- Good IT skills
- Communication skills in both writing and orally in Norwegian and English
