Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Defects Claims Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of building claims, from initiation through resolution. You’ll conduct thorough assessments and investigations to validate claims, during construction phase, you will work closely across departments, including legal, construction, and finance teams to gather necessary information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and evaluate building defects through regular inspections.
- Analyse defects to determine causes, risks, and solutions.
- Develop strategies to prevent future defects based on comprehensive analysis.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Negotiate settlements with stakeholders and track defect repairs to ensure quality and timelines.
