Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval
- 2-4 years of related experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of IE Tools used in production i.e.: capacity analysis, facility layout, and production improvements
- Understanding of a manufacturing production atmosphere
- Experience utilizing production metrics to make informed decisions and drive results
- Experience using problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to develop innovative and expedient solutions to fabrication problems
- Experience working in a team environment and interacting with multiple disciplines and levels of management.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in an Aircraft or Aerospace Manufacturing environment
