Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
• Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval
• 2-4 years of related experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of IE Tools used in production i.e.: capacity analysis, facility layout, and production improvements
• Understanding of a manufacturing production atmosphere
• Experience utilizing production metrics to make informed decisions and drive results
• Experience using problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to develop innovative and expedient solutions to fabrication problems
• Experience working in a team environment and interacting with multiple disciplines and levels of management.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in an Aircraft or Aerospace Manufacturing environment
