WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • 5+ years experience in the Department of Defense ecosystem – Industry, Service, Joint, or Office of the Secretary of Defense – doing business development, or a related role
  • Experience with Autonomy, Automation, or Artificial Intelligence technologies and their applications to National Security and Defense
  • Bachelors and/or Masters in a technical field
  • Ability to execute thoughtfully and efficiently, with a “no task is too big or too small” mindset to get the job done
  • Willingness to wear many hats and execute with a “can-do” attitude
  • Passion for building a deep understanding of autonomous systems applications to National Security and Defense

Responsibilities:

We are looking to add a proven business development professional with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets to our Government business development team to drive business development, manage business operations, and identify new business opportunities in the Federal space. This role has 3 main parts:

  • Planning and executing business development for Autonomy, Robotics, AI, and Automation for Defense customers.
  • Assisting with Defense business strategy planning and operations.
  • Understanding customer requirements and translating to Product and Engineering teams.

You will report to our General Manager-Government and partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This is a uniquely strategic and operational role with a mix of both internal and external-facing responsibilities.
