DESCRIPTION

DEI Manager \Remote with occasional local travel for meetings or as needed
This role will lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, crafting and executing campaigns and events and supporting the deployment of DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives. This individual will deliver on our goal of advancing world-class health with human connection through our shared commitment to DEI. The individual will partner with the DEI team to push the creative envelope and bring bold, new thinking to engaging key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience leading and implementing large-scale programs and has worked in the diversity space. The candidate should be a collaborator and relationship builder, with exceptional writing and project management skills. To excel in this position, incumbent(s) must be able to influence and connect the dots as a methodical thinker and be willing to roll up their sleeves to execute on expected goals and objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • 8 years Developing and implementing DEI strategies and tactics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or other general liberal studies degrees Or equivalent educ/experience
