DELI CHEF
We are looking for a food focused individual to help us deliver our fantastic food range to all of our customers. Consistency really is key for this role. It is important to maintain our standards across our food range. The successful candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be interested in food and want to deliver an excellent product every time. You will be in charge of running all aspects of the food production at FCB including, producing the food items, placing food orders, displaying food, liaising with managers to set amounts to make, keeping a tidy well-organised kitchen and following all food hygiene and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of food preparation within a fast paced environment is desirable
- Knowledge and genuine interest/passion in all things food IS essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fully up to date with health and safety legislation
Responsibilities:
- Food safety level two training.
- Allergen information training.
- Full kitchen training with our head of food.
- Open line of communication with our head of food to help with any issues, questions or additional training you feel you may need.
- Initial training and help with placing orders.
- Full recipe booklets to help ensure consistency is met
