Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders and work across multiple project scopes including moving data centres, replacement of server and storage, and introduction of usage reporting. You must have experience using MS Teams and SharePoint and be able to guide business units with their adoption of these technologies.
Reporting directly into the Senior IT Project Manager, you will be apart of a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Delivery Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s digital transformation journey. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their business problems and opportunities, analyse relevant information, and create effective solutions. Your ability to facilitate global workshops will enable you to engage with a diverse range of individuals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Working alongside vendors, you will help deliver solutions that drive the organisation forward. Your communication skills will be key in advocating for new business processes throughout all project activities.

  • Be the primary project contact for business units planning and execution of file data migration including pre and post migration support.
  • Collaborate with PM’s to develop and maintain a migration schedule
  • Partner with PM, external vendor and Project Working Group to support governance standards
  • Analyse business, process, data and system information
  • Review and accept training materials from vendor and support adoption of M365 file storage.
  • Coordinate project technical resources to execute migrations of file date to new storage options including testing against user define quality criteria.
  • Communicate the benefits of new business processes during all project activities

You will bring experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise environment. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and have a deep understanding of business problems and opportunities. Your innovative mindset, coupled with your design-focused approach, enables you to solve complex problems effectively. You are familiar with various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Your ability to create and execute test plans, documenting outcomes meticulously, sets you apart from others. Experience in change management and continuous improvement would be advantageous.

  • Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst within an enterprise environment
  • Experience in using and understanding Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, MS Teams and One Drive are essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of business problems/opportunities
  • Innovative, design-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with different project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ability to create and execute test plans and document outcomes
  • Change management experience (desirable)
  • Continuous improvement experience (desirable
