ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -

  • Deep knowledge of the software delivery process, with lived experience in one of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Developer, Agile QA or Agile Business Analyst.
  • Breadth of experience working Agile and embedding Agile ways of working at a team level.
  • Coaching skills, including setting a foundation, co-creating the relationship, communicating effectively and facilitating learning and results.
  • Experienced scaling Agile beyond the team, to create an effective system of work.
  • Excellent curriculum development, learning design and teaching skills
  • Skilled in facilitation and workshop design.
  • Highly adept at devising value delivery and effectiveness metrics and applying these appropriately at a team level.
  • Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance or Agile Alliance training or certification
  • SAFe 4.6 or 5.0
  • Coaching (IECL or ICF) training or certification (not mandatory, but highly valued)

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this exciting new role is to ccontinually transform our technology products and services division, that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale.
In this pivotal position you will increase the competence and confidence in new ways of working, of the Iteration Manager, Product Owner and all team members, through modelling, teaching and coaching across our Technology Digital Workplace teams.
You will achieve this by applying measurable best practice delivery patterns at a team level, utilising Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, DevOps etc. and ultimately design and deliver right-fit development opportunities, including workshops, training and webinars.
We are flexible and support a hybrid model of working from home and the office and would welcome applications from candidates near any of our centres across New Zealand or Australia (preferred).
