The DDG Delivery Office Team provides specialist delivery and planning services as part of delivering Bureau digital programs of work. The team delivers a range of services related to pipeline management, planning, scheduling, delivery engagement, reporting, delivery tool management, delivery vendor management, delivery oversight and controls, performance management, delivery coaching and delivery workforce planning by partnering with the EPMO and DDG in the delivery of operational and strategic outcomes.
The Delivery Coordinator role supports delivery teams to coordinate, manage and report on the delivery of programs and projects to meet Bureau and DDG standards and expectations. The role provides support to ensure that projects are being delivered efficiently and effectively and that Bureau frameworks are being supported. The Delivery Coordinator will work closely with Portfolio Leads, Project Managers, Delivery Officers and the Bureau to ensure that delivery is meeting the needs of the business.
