Description:

THE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE WILL OVERSEE ALL ASPECTS OF DELIVERY WITHIN THEIR ASSIGNED AEROSPACE ACCOUNTS TO ENSURE A POSITIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL ALSO:

  • Collaborate with their partnered Account Executive(s) to ensure we align Capgemini services to meet customer expectations in a competitive environment and that relevant new services are visible to the customer in the form of demonstrations, points-of-view, white papers, briefings etc.
  • Actively drive delivery-led selling across assigned Accounts.
  • Meet financial and non-financial targets for assigned accounts, including leading on profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Accountable for delivery of Engagements within their assigned accounts, plus the capacity and competency of Engagement Managers under their direct management.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

  • Delivering agreed performance parameters by balancing risks and opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Assesses the suitability of projects and services for inclusion in their area of responsibility and controls their entry through participation in the bid process.
  • Maintains a beneficial and manageable balance of projects and services in line with Account plans.
  • Reviews and assures the effective management of Engagements.
  • Monitors and forecasts the financial performance to maximize contribution margin across Accounts.
  • Forecasts and manages the capacity and skills required to deliver current and future projects and services.
  • Sponsors the objectives, infrastructure and resources required to deliver the Engagements.
  • Establishes a culture of ethical behaviour.
  • Achieving assigned utilisation and margin targets for oneself and their assigned team of Engagement Managers.
