Our region has been at the forefront of this success in the market, which has created the opportunity to select and retain an experienced, director level Delivery Executive, to be based in Australia to lead an expert multi-discipline team in their mission to delight customers with flawless project implementations.
The Role:
As the Delivery Executive, you’ll be first and foremost an engagement leader and trusted advisor for my client’s most complex and strategic customers (10K plus employees, some global accounts). You will maintain executive and strategic relationships, ensuring suitable customer governance, and maximising value from investments in their solutions.
This position involves coordinating and delivering strategic programs that meet customer objectives, often involving multiple projects and stakeholders. The projects you will manage will be large in scale, high-risk, global implementations, spanning organisational boundaries, business units, and service partners.
Successful delivery is the end game, time and again.

Key Areas of Responsibiluty

  • Conduct due diligence and risk reviews on sales opportunities and engagement delivery models.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior customer executives and key stakeholders.
  • Assess, document, communicate, and manage engagement-level risks.
  • Oversee multiple client delivery engagements and establish governance models.
  • Translate customer business goals into strategy and delivery plans.
  • Evaluate complex issues and identify viable solutions.
  • Ensure active executive sponsorship and facilitate decisions for program delivery.
  • Manage program stakeholder satisfaction and revenue streams.
  • Act as project sponsor, participating in Steering Committee sessions and key governance activities
  • Demonstrate leadership and authority to resolve customer & business challenges; proactively address project escalation or seeking opportunities to increase efficiencies

Skills and Experience Requirements :

  • 10-15 years of customer relationship management experience in complex, international business that delivered Transformational HR Tech projects.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of large strategic and global accounts
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing project P&L and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of strategic, global accounts (i.e. over 10,000 employees)
  • Strong background in leading software implementation projects in the HRMS / WFM / HCM verticals.(within Cloud/SaaS environment highly valued)
  • Excellent organisation, communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex, multi-dimensional issues into business impacts and propose solutions that produce a win-win outcome.
