The Analytics Services team plays a key role in enhancing the organization’s ability to gain important business insights and optimize business decisions. We gather requirements and use different kinds of technology to enable data preparation, data mining, data management and data visualization. We work globally and across all functional areas. Given recent successes and the increasing demand from business we are planning to grow significantly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The delivery of an Analytics Project or Product is secured by the Delivery Lead who has the ultimate responsibility for development and operations.
This role works with Business Stakeholders, Solution architects and those in the Project and Scrum Teams, such as Business Analysts and Analytics developers.
As a Leader, you are equally able to communicate with scrum teams to give direction and align with business and IT stakeholders. This includes understanding and developing the implementation approach as well as the underlying business value.
You feel ownership (and are responsible) for Projects or Products you are assigned to and together with the Business Stakeholder and Solution Architect, know how to balance speed, cost, and quality.
You are used to working with both internal and external partners and suppliers from multiple countries and cultures.
This position is offered with a hybrid working pattern. Onsite days planned to be based in our office in Ismaning / Munich (Germany), Hamburg (Germany) or Gothenburg (Sweden).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take a leading delivery role in the Analytics team
• Overall responsibility and accountability for development and operations of Analytics Projects.
• Responsible for orchestrating the delivery of Analytics Projects in the agreed timeframe, budget, and quality
• Responsible for securing necessary resources for the project development core team as well as necessary specialists
• Responsible for providing direction, support and aligning with the Business Stakeholder and Solution Architect
• Help translating business requirements into technical terminology
• Drive the agile methodology and internal project processes, including continuous improvements
• Be the main channel for the technical team, design team, and scrum master to gather, understand and communicate progress and status to stakeholders
• Work with the Product Owner, helping to align and prioritize appropriately, ensuring the product being developed matches the expectations of end users
