Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Ensuring that the technical aspects of the project are executed efficiently, managing technical teams, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to meet project goals
- Lead the technical planning and implementation of the Windows 11 migration
- Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of the migration process
- Manage and coordinate the technical team, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff
- Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and training to complete their tasks
- Oversee the deployment of Windows 11 across the organization
- Ensure that the migration process minimizes downtime and disruption to business operations
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process
- Develop and implement strategies for addressing any compatibility issues with existing applications and hardware
- Ensure that the technical aspects of the project adhere to quality standards and best practices
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical efforts with project objectives
- Communicate technical progress and challenges to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain detailed technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular technical status reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
