Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

  • Ensuring that the technical aspects of the project are executed efficiently, managing technical teams, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to meet project goals
  • Lead the technical planning and implementation of the Windows 11 migration
  • Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of the migration process
  • Manage and coordinate the technical team, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff
  • Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and training to complete their tasks
  • Oversee the deployment of Windows 11 across the organization
  • Ensure that the migration process minimizes downtime and disruption to business operations
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process
  • Develop and implement strategies for addressing any compatibility issues with existing applications and hardware
  • Ensure that the technical aspects of the project adhere to quality standards and best practices
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical efforts with project objectives
  • Communicate technical progress and challenges to non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular technical status reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
