Based in Group Support Technology and reporting into the Service Owner for People Systems the People Systems Service Delivery Lead role will oversee and guide the execution of operations activities for a portfolio of applications within the People Systems service. The People Systems Delivery Lead role will take a pragmatic and collaborative approach to how we deliver underpinned by agile and continuous improvement principles.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Manage all aspects of functional operations activities for their assigned People Systems portfolio.
- Work with Delivery Lead, Business SMEs and other business partners to develop and plan yearly technology operational and support activities.
- Drive delivery of BAU activities and be managing the operations plan for your assigned applications.
- Develop team members and ensure consistent delivery according to the Service teams established ways of working including adherence to SLAs.
- Guide and work with Senior Systems Analysts to provide day-to-day system operation support for technology within their remit, ensuring service delivery.
- Manage vendors as appropriate to ensure business objectives, cost parameters, schedules, and resource management needs are met.
