ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Own the delivery of Simplification initiatives. You will particularly be accountable for delivery in the Simplification Waves, working across the Bank and enabling business partners identify and deliver on their Simplification backlogs.
  • Create a working environment that maximises the chances of success of the initiative and is responsible for delivery of the initiative outputs, ensuring the wider teams work in harmony to an agreed outcome.
  • Be accountable for understanding and creating the right governance and risk mitigation for the initiatives, ensuring tracking, measuring, reporting and action as necessary. You will be an all-rounder who plays various roles depending on the requirement at the time. For example, you may act as scrum master, team effectiveness coach and business analyst all in one day.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of transformational simplification initiatives, from initiation to closure, to meet defined business and technical objectives within agreed time, cost and quality standards.
