DESCRIPTION/OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To review and deliver New Helicopters in accordance with Company Purchase Order and Customer contract.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raise and manage all new civil Helicopter purchase orders (PO). Work closely with relevant programmes and Group on securing new airframe slots for UK market
• Manage POs through the production phase in Marignane and Donauwörth and raise associated Amendments as required.
• Arrange delivery schedules to AHUK with relevant airframe programmes.
• Supply relevant programmes with CAA data e.g. hexadecimal codes
• Work very closely with AHUK Technical Services / CAA for Direct C of A of new helicopters
• Accept new helicopters in either Marignane or Donauwörth based on the PO and arrange Direct C of A and delivery paperwork with AHUK Airworthiness dept.
• Inform and keep AHUK Logistics Dept. up to date on any new airframe PO, project numbers and associated Amendments and price changes.
• Liaise with AHUK Finance Dept. on new helicopter arrivals and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with AHUK pilots and make appropriate arrangements for ferry flight to the UK or, if required, the airframe is shipped by road; make arrangements for truck shipping.
• Advise AHUK Contracts of helicopter build specification and associated build amendments for local change orders and contracts.
• Work with AHUK Export Control Officer for the importation of new helicopters into the UK
