Delivery Manager – Finance Transformation exp. essential. London 2-3 days per week, the rest remote working £100,000.00 + 5% performance related bonus We have an exciting new opportunity for a Delivery Manager to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Project Management experience with a Lloyds underwriter
• Great communication and stakeholder management in complex environment
• Able to work at pace in a complex dynamic environment.
• IFRS 17 delivery experience
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate with senior stakeholders within the business including Programme Manager, Project Director and other firm’s stakeholders.
• Drive Project Management effectiveness and the ability to synchronize internal and external project team members.

• Work with Project Manager to ensure scope of project is delivered on time and on budget.
• Drive day to day delivery ensure fixed timeframes are met.
• Manage and engage with project stakeholders to ensure a collaborative change environment.
• Manage end to end delivery of project artefacts.
• Engage with IT colleagues to ensure suitable programme delivery.
