The Opportunity
This job is for someone who thrives in building relationships with prospects and customers. In this role, you would require a strong understanding of Adobe products and services, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. This is also a People manager role, that requires providing guidance and support to grow expertise of our consultants, leveraging the matrix of global and regional competency and Practice teams.

We are looking for candidates who would love to work with people and that enjoy partnering with customers on their journey to ensure they understand how Adobe’s solutions will work in the real world. Someone who is eager to learn and partner with other teams to identify Customers’ critical business issues and assist in structuring transaction that meet both Adobe’s requirements and the Customer’s needs.
What You’ll Do
Manage client satisfaction in partnership with partners and Adobe support teams
Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer’s business requirements
Drive creation of internal best practices, methodologies, templates, tools for standardization of engagements
Actively seeking to identify opportunities to participate in business initiation activities
Recommending strategic and tactical plans for expanding our footprint within client organization
You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating your team, ensuring smooth team operations and effective communication
What You Need To Succeed
Prior professional services and/or System Integrator delivery experience
Results oriented business leader with understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&Ls, and complex pricing models
Working knowledge of Online marketing, Internet / software industries and understanding of Web technologies
Functional and Service level Requirements Analysis
Service and Implementation Management Process Design skills
