KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set, communicate and manage your team against performance expectations, goals and objectives.
• Delegate work, tasks and projects as appropriate to ensure the team’s deliverables can be met.
• Develop, support and coach your team to achieve their maximum potential.
• Manage under performance via regular reviews using motivational and performance management techniques.
• Monitor and provide regular activity reports on all agreed KPI’s and quality standards
