JOB DESCRIPTION

TCOE Governance head : 15+ years of PMO and Governance experience with Testing CoE, preferably. • Banking , Finance, and Insurance domain experience. • Implement and maintain standardization of Testing Artefacts (E.g., Daily, Weekly reports, Test Strategy, Closure, etc.). • Demand management (through Demand Manager)- ensuring new demands are tracked and resources / sows / associated risks are tracked closely. • Maintain and update the Test Artefacts for changes with approvals. • Leading the automation of artefacts & processes initiatives. • Test artefacts and milestones tracking - regular tracking with test managers and delivery teams. • Tracking and reporting TCoE KPIs and Scorecards. • Monthly Project Audits (Quality Gates) and highlight deviations and tracking. • Weekly reporting to CIO and client leadership. • Chairing the Weekly Test Governance Steerco Meeting with Test Managers and Delivery Head. • Facilitating Weekly and Monthly Steerco management and Tracking actions. • Highlight deviations / gaps with tracking and work with the TCoE team to fill the gaps. • Review Escalations from delivery/client with Delivery Head on weekly and present to steerco and explore improvements in process (where needed). • Performance management of team - working closely with delivery head. • Coaching and mentoring of Test Managers to handle test governance for their projects.
