  The Delivery Office Delivery Resource and Vendor capability provides specialist capacity planning services to the DDG Delivery Office including the management of the extended delivery workforce comprised of labour hire contractors and vendor sub-contractors.
  The team delivers a range of functions related to delivery resourcing including -structure, planning, capability and SFIA based recruitment, integrity in equity of pay and responsibility, development, engagement, and performance management on behalf of the DDG Delivery Office.
  The role works as part of a team to enable the delivery of Technology Programs and Projects including the recruitment of contractor labour hire, liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive customer outcomes, and the implementation of process improvements which maintain high service standards.

Candidates are expected to have relevant experience in third part resource coordination and management and have a proven track record of delivering outcomes under deadlines including:

• Demonstrated experience in Workforce Planning service delivery, meeting service standards and adhering to standardised processes
• Expertise in a range of MS software packages (particularly SharePoint and Excel) and SAP
• Experience with APS employment frameworks and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules applying to engagement and management of labour hire and vendor based contractors
• Experience in understanding the needs of technology delivery teams
