Responsibilities:
- Setting up, maintaining and reporting Delivery Dashboards
- Working with Delivery Leads and Project Managers to ensure plannings of associates are correct
- Creating Reporting and status reports in Google Excel and Slides
- Reducing administrative tasks for Vertical Leads so that they focus on delivery
- Identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation, and best practices to drive operational excellence in Delivery
- Monitoring and controlling vertical reporting, making sure we follow the same standards and methods
- Align with other teams across the organisation to ensure the correct flow and display of data ensuring transparency to top level management
