Deloitte Consulting is looking for a great match to head our internal Learning team. Currently, the team consists of a Learning Lead and a Learning Coordinator. The Learning Lead will act as a daily team lead but primarily be a vital part in the daily work of developing the learning agenda and designing and executing our learning programmes.

The role as Learning Lead will give you great insights into the consulting business, and you will be working closely with Deloitte Consulting’s leadership team, our central 360 Develop Learning Center and build a solid network across the entire organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have at least three-five years of experience from a similar role or in HR and talent development.
- You have a passion and drive for creating the best learning experience for our consultants.
- You are a true teamplayer who thrives on working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Structure, planning and concept development are your key strengths.
- Experience from a learning role or a consultancy company is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- You will own Deloitte Consulting Academy programmes from design to delivery.
- You will work with Deloitte’s internal facilitators and external vendors to define learning objectives, develop training content and oversee the delivery of courses in Deloitte Consulting’s curriculum.
- You will ensure that the consulting programs live up to our Deloitte Quality Standards.
- You will participate and represent Consulting as a Business Unit in the Learning Committee with other BU’s on the Learning agenda
- You will support Deloitte Consulting’s talent priorities with new or revised learning solutions.
- You will lead Deloitte Consulting’s Learning champion community and facilitate regular meetings to ensure information flow.
- You will take the role as facilitator or support facilitation when required
