We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team, with exciting opportunities to get involved in project and programs that are changing the way our clients do business.

About the role:

• Functional consultant who engages in Dynamics 365 deliveries for large scale enterprises comprising various cloud and technology implementations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements
• Review business processes and use cases in order to recommend well considered Dynamics 365 solutions
• Document user journeys, layouts, epics, stories, and other life-cycle artefacts in Dynamics friendly formats
• Help clients leverage or use their data in relevant ways; data analytics, reporting, dashboards, data mapping, data migration
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay abreast of newly available solutions and Salesforce features as they become relevant for the client and its customers

You will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and customization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working as part of a team using an Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Application Life Cycle Management, Azure, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred but not essential
