ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; Martech relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Project Lead, with a track record of successfully growth projects with clear KPIs shown.
  • Hands-on experience with digital technologies, platforms, and tools. Such as but not limited to: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely.
  • Experience with specific growth channels (e.g., paid advertising, content marketing, SEO).
  • Strong understanding of consulting/project management best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:

The Growth Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital projects for our clients. You will work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that identifies new client segments, increases engagement with existing clients, and ultimately drives growth.

You will:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for growth initiatives, including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, business and technical requirements, and digital transformation agenda.
  • Audit, identify and create strategy and roadmap to address short-term and long-term growth opportunities with ROI prioritization in place.
  • Hands-on execution to ensure growth strategy has been implemented and tracked accordingly.
  • Identify key areas of improvement based on data-driven analysis and iterate strategies to align with latest trends and new findings from the project.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Build and manage high-performing project teams, including business analysts, growth specialists, designers, researchers and other specialists.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Foster strong client relationships and seek opportunities for upselling or expanding project scopes.
  • Stay current with emerging digital technologies and industry trends, applying relevant insights to projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and performance metrics to senior management.
