The Job
As a Global Demand Analyst, you will manage the comprehensive demand planning cycle for all our products within the assigned division and will be responsible for maintaining an accurate demand forecast for our A-brands. You maintain this demand forecast in Logility, our digital Supply Chain platform. The collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain is critical to align the demand forecast with regional sales- and market plans to make sure that the demand forecast can be planned and purchased with our suppliers. This way, you contribute to the long-term sustainable growth strategy of our company.

Your Mission

  • Developing and maintaining the demand forecast at various levels and time horizons, ensuring alignment with regional sales and market plans.
  • Analyze historical data, demand drivers and statistics to formulate forecast strategy plans to meet demand KPI targets.
  • Analysis and reporting of the demand KPIs Forecast Accuracy, -Bias and Value Add.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of consolidated demand forecasts versus budget expectations and prior year’s performance to support (sales) decisions.
  • Leading (monthly) demand review meetings with key account managers and (regional) Heads of Sales.
  • Communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders, driving actions and decisions for medium and long-term business targets.
  • Serve as a knowledge carrier for the Supply Chain platform Logility and take initiative to improve quality of master data as input for Logility.
  • Further develop the Sales & Operations (S&OP) process of the company.
  • Participate in (global) projects with the aim of improving the planning process and / or implement new business initiatives.
  • Proactively liaise between Sales, Supply Chain and Product Management.

Your Talent

  • A master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a planner, buyer or analyst in Fashion or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry;
  • A clear affinity with Supply Chain (planning) and the dynamics of Fashion or FMCG industry;
  • Sound analytical and problem resolution skills to evaluate demand issues and implement corrective actions;
  • Clear and efficient communication abilities across various levels within an organization;
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively convey messages;
  • Flexible team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and working with multiple data sets.
  • Experience in working with high level (financial) targets breaking down to forecast or buy plan.
  • Knowledge of Logility is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, our primary business language, with knowledge of Dutch or any other European language being advantageous.

  • Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 37/40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 25/28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
