KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of supply chain and/or planning experience handling global supply chain design and logistics management, preferably as they relate to clinical program design and execution

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and Action Supply Plan in collaboration with the Demand and Supply Manager, proactively managing shipments and inventory movement
  • Support supply chain inventory management processes in partnership with the Demand Planning team, management team members and packaging partners.
  • Collects all information on a study design including: accurate label text, coordination of primary, secondary packaging material and tools, coordination of label translation,
  • Supports connections between demand planning team and S&OP to ensure the latest forecast information is aggregated and integrated into the divisional S&OP process
  • Summarize data, prepare presentations and make recommendations for action relative to the clinical supply chain and packaging plans
  • Review IRT settings and make recommendation to adjust and optimize accordingly
  • Ensure temperature excursion process is performed as required
  • Establish and maintain financial forecasts and monthly billing processes for assigned client projects to support the Demand planning team
  • Support close out activities including returned good reconciliation, inventory destruction processing, and file archiving
