The Boeing Company is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand generation analytics, lead management, marketing technology and marketing operations. They will be responsible for utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our demand generation campaigns and ultimately drive growth. Proficiency in account-based marketing (ABM), lead management and revenue attribution are essential.
The candidate should be adept at utilizing various tools and platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Adobe, Google Analytics, AdWords, and 6Sense.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience in software/SaaS demand generation with lengthy sales cycles
  • Proven expertise in demand generation analytics and lead management.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, notably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and 6sense.
  • Understanding of lead nurtures, lead progression, and lead scoring.
  • Experience integrating data flows across ABM, marketing automation and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience in constructing and maintaining analytics and reporting infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting and dashboarding.
  • Thorough understanding of channel attribution methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Deep understanding of ABM campaigns, measurement, reporting and value creation.
  • Experience with funnel metrics to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity.
  • Expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years of related work experience, Master+12 years of related work experience, 18 years of related work experience, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor the entire process by which leads are evaluated, segmented, qualified, routed, and converted into customers.
  • Implement channel attribution models to measure the contribution of each marketing channel to conversions and revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally on the integration of marketing technology and siloed applications to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize lead flow across our marketing technology stack into CRM.
  • Help manage marketing automation processes including campaign setup, hierarchies, data flow, execution, and optimization.
  • Testing and enhancement of scoring models and lead lifecycle management processes.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards for monitoring campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign reports including actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
