Description:
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven B2B campaign manager. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution and management of multichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and support business objectives. As a key player in our expanding Demand Center team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to drive demand. This role requires a unique blend of strategic and executional skills, fueled by a deep analytic and metrics driven approach to marketing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Apply modern marketing approaches, demonstrating subject matter expertise and creativity in planning and executing campaigns, leveraging tactics such as paid media, social, webinars, email nurtures, content syndication, events, ABM strategies, and more.
- Utilize established campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and track performance against goals to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct detailed analysis on marketing campaign outcomes, identify trends, draw insights, and present results clearly to facilitate informed decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, operations, creative, and external agencies, to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment and consistency of positioning.
- Partner with marketers across the Demand Center and IQVIA for fully integrated campaigns.
- Oversee and manage campaign budgets, allocating spend and analyzing data to ensure campaigns yield a strong ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in demand generation, recommending innovative strategies and tactics to enhance campaign performance.
- Maintain the prospect database, continuously building, enriching, and engaging contacts through activities like content syndication, webinars, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with experience in B2B; 2+ years of demand generation experience (i.e. growth marketing, campaign management, media buying, lead/pipeline generation and/or similar) Data driven
- Salesforce experience (i.e. creating reports, analyzing and optimizing data or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in developing / contributing to successful go-to-market strategy and aligned cross-functional planning.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo).
- Detail-oriented and strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
