If you are an outspoken self-starter, well-versed with driving traffic to capture B2B leads, then we have an exciting opening for you. We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to own, scale, and optimize our efforts to capture enterprise and large account leads for the Kahoot! at Work and Kahoot! at School segments.

This position can be located in either of our great central office locations in:

  • Oslo, Norway
  • Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Barcelona, Spain

RESPONSIBILITY

As a Demand Generation Manager you’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of leads to meet commercial objectives. This will include ideating, and implementing demand generation tactics to attract, capture, nurture, and drive leads to our assisted sales teams; as well as optimizing, and scaling our current lead flows, both in our website, and in our product.
You will report to the Online & Automation, Team Lead.

Your key responsibilities as a Demand Generation Manager will be:

  • Audit current demand generation setup and optimize it, to make sure we have a scalable approach to managing leads.
  • Implement and continuously improve lead quality in collaboration with Sales team
  • Own, streamline and scale all demand and lead generation activities across touchpoints and channels and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with PMMs, Online Comms, Design, Large Accounts, Communication, Sales, and other teams, to ensure internal alignment.
  • Track and evaluate demand generation activities and regularly report on defined KPIs.
  • Own proper handover of Marketing leads to Sales team and manage integration to CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Oversee external partners and agencies supporting lead generation efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or so similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand or Lead Generation.
  • Experience with Marketing automation (Iterable, Braze) and/or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. ).
  • Experience in SEO & SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English a must.
  • Analytical with a strong understanding of business and commercialization.
  • Data-driven and passionate about Growth and measuring (and delivering on) KPIs.
