Job title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Location: Manchester M22 (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, 60-minute lunch
Salary: Up to £50k + benefits

PERSON, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in demand generation marketing and B2B Marketing
  • Digitally savvy, modern marketer with good knowledge of multi-channel programs, LinkedIn and third-party data tools.
  • Thorough understanding of the prospect / lead to customer lifecycle and ability to put the customer perspective first
  • Strong communicator with ability to collaborate across teams towards a shared goal
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics and attribution tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience within SaaS/Tech solutions is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities:

FOCUS OF THE ROLE:

We are moving into a demand generation model and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take our new business pipeline to the next level.
A new role within our growing, agile and impactful marketing team you’ll be empowered to implement new strategies and set the standard for this pivotal position for BCN. Working cross functionally with marketing, sales and products teams you’ll develop demand generation campaigns and drive quality inbound pipeline.
We’re looking for a passionate, driven Marketing professional with a solid understanding and experience of delivering successful demand generation campaigns across organic and paid for channels. You will be all over the stats and metrics – testing, improving demonstrating impact.
Develop, optimise and scale demand generation initiatives (across paid and organic) to ensure inbound leads outperforms inbound pipeline and revenue targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, optimise and scale demand generation initiatives (across paid and organic) to ensure inbound leads outperforms inbound pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Lead development and implementation of strategies for automated lead nurture campaigns to convert to SQLs.
  • Manage our SEO strategy and work together with our agency to improve listings where it matters most
  • Work closely with our marketing team to align activity on key campaigns, events and content.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between pipeline generation strategies and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and targets.
  • Work closely with our sales team to create feedback loops to improve inbound lead conversions
  • Report on activities, track effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
